Our shingle roof installation process is tried, tested, and true. It starts with the free roof estimate. A highly trained Weinel Roofing staff member will come to your home and make a detailed technical drawing of your roof and all its properties. We gather all the information we need to create an honest, fair estimate. Shortly after, you will receive a typed contract that describes in detail, all the work that Weinel Roofing will be conducting as the well as the materials used on your roof.

When deciding the work that you want Weinel Roofing to perform on your home there are some options to consider:

1. Tear-Off or Roof-Over (Cover up)
2. Felt Paper (15 lb. or 30 lb.) or Premium Synthetic Roofing Underlayment
   (The material placed under the shingles)
3. Certainteed 25 yr. Three Tab Shingles or 30 yr. Dimensional Shingles. Ask about Designer and Lifetime Shingle options
4. Roof Ventilation options such as installation of roof louvers or ridge vent
5. Will there be any decking wood that needs to be replaced due to water damage

In addition to installing a high quality shingle roof, Weinel Roofing takes pride in a clean, safe work environment. We do NOT use dumpsters, and all trash and refuse is removed from your property at the end of each day. Also the same day we tear off a section of your roof, we cover it back up. When we leave the job site for the day, you can be assured that there will be no leaks in case of an overnight rain.
